Please be mindful of the delivery delays due to Covid and also production time during Christmas due to high demand.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes you can. I am based in Central Auckland. Get in touch prior to check out and we can arrange pick up details.

How long does shipping take?

We do not ship to PO boxes. Shipping within New Zealand generally takes 1-3 working days to arrive at your location once dispatched. We try to dispatch all orders within 2 days of purchase. All parcels come with a tracking number and will be sent out to you once your order has been fulfilled. 

Please Note: If you live rural please select the rural postage box for either 'Auckland' or 'Rest of Nz'. You're parcel will not be sent until rural payment is made.

Do you deliver outside of New Zealand?

We can deliver outside of New Zealand. Please send us a message and we'll discuss further.

Can I get a refund?

No refunds will be given on sale items or because you have changed your mind. If an item is damaged please take photos of packaging and the item and get in touch with us within 24hrs.

Where can I pick up my order?

We are based in Central Auckland and are happy to send more details for pick up once the item has been ordered. 

How long will my custom order take?

We try to have custom orders sent out within 5 working days. However it all depends on the scale of the order. Please get in touch and we can discuss further.

Are your packaging products recyclable?

We aim to make all of our packaging products as environmentally as possible. All packaging and packing inserts, including mailer bags and kraft tape can be recycled in your respectable recycling bin. Please remove any stickers before recycling.
